What You’ll Experience
Day 1: Basic Level Attunement (July 20)
This first day lays the foundation of Integrated Energy Therapy and attunes you to the Basic Level Ray—a frequency focused on clearing physical and emotional blockages stored in the body’s cellular memory. It’s perfect for beginners or anyone seeking a powerful healing tool they can use for themselves and others.
You’ll be introduced to the foundational principles of Integrated Energy Therapy and receive your first energetic attunement. This level focuses on clearing physical and emotional blockages held in the body’s energy field—what IET calls “issues in the tissues.” You’ll learn techniques to begin offering healing sessions for yourself and others, including the Heartlink process and a full basic-level session.
You’ll learn how to:
Identify the nine “cellular memory” areas where unresolved energy is stored in the body
Gently release physical and emotional patterns that no longer serve you
Use the Heartlink process to connect with divine guidance (including the angelic realm)
Give and receive a full IET session, including hands-on practice and support
Use the 5-Minute Empowerment Process to ground and realign yourself daily
Channel specific healing energies like peace, freedom, innocence, and trust into the spaces you've cleared
By the end of Day 1, you’ll be able to give and receive a full IET session and begin integrating this work into your self-care or healing practice.

What Is IET, and What Is an Attunement?
Integrated Energy Therapy is a hands-on healing modality that gently supports the release of emotional, mental, and karmic patterns held in the body’s energy field. It’s subtle, intuitive work—often described as “healing with the energy of angels.”
An attunement is a sacred energetic initiation. Through this process, your own energy field becomes aligned with the IET frequency. Once attuned, you become a clear channel for this healing energy—whether for yourself or in service to others.
How Many Days Should I Attend?
Each day of this training builds on the last, but you're welcome to begin wherever you feel called.
Day 1 (Basic) is a beautiful introduction to energy work and opens the door to self-healing and supporting others.
Day 2 (Intermediate) deepens that work by helping you clear more complex patterns—mental, emotional, and karmic.
Some participants join for one day to experience a foundational shift. Others choose both days to explore energy healing more deeply or begin offering it to others.
There’s no wrong choice—just trust what feels aligned.
