CANCELLATION, SCHEDULING & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Please remember, we are a small local business in YOUR community and rely on this policy and will enforce it at our discretion. This is not personal. Please do NOT ask for exceptions or allowances. We DO NOT ACCEPT SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

Your appointments are very important to the members of LADAN Spa and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or to reschedule your appointment. This means exactly 48 hours from the beginning of your appointment. For example, if you have an appointment at 11am on Thursday, you need to cancel by no later than 11am on Tuesday.

50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS

Each appointment will require a 50% deposit. It is non-refundable but may be credited to your account for future use. If you are a “no show” or DO NOT cancel at least 48 hours in advance, your deposit will not be refunded, will not be credited to your Ladan Spa account, and you will be charged for the full amount of the service. If you DO cancel within the required 48 hours time frame, your 50% deposit will not be refunded but it will be credited to your Ladan Spa account for future use.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE

Although our reception is always manned our emails are only checked periodically throughout the day,
therefore we also ask that appointments are not canceled via email but rather are canceled over the phone
to give us the best possible chance of filling the appointment. If an appointment cancellation has been attempted via email and we have not responded this will mean we have not received it and you are therefore required to call, otherwise you may still be charged for the appointment.

STRICT AND ENFORCED 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy.t allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, thus better serving everyone.

- Less than 48 hour notice or “no shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

- Appointments made within the 48 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

Emergency absences will be considered on an individual basis by LADAN Spa. You may request not to be charged for the late cancelled session in writing within 7 days if you feel such action is warranted. LADAN Spa will make the decision to honor your request on a case-by-case basis and will respond back to you in writing within 14 days.

It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no charges will apply.

LATE POLICY

If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you must notify us by phone BEFORE the start time of your appointment. If you fail to do so, you will automatically be charged for the entire service at the 10-minute mark. Please also note that if you are late for your appointment, you will be charged for the full service and we will complete as much as we can in the remaining time.

OUR POLICIES ALSO APPLY TO USE OF LADAN SPA GIFT CARDS

For parties using Ladan Spa gift cards, the same policies above apply. If there is a cancellation within our 48-hours policy, or a no-show/no contact, the applicable amount on your gift card will be deemed "used" and will not be available for use at a later date.
