The New Moon in January 2026, known as the Wolf Moon, is spiritually associated with emotional needs, ambition, and the release of burnout through a theme of emotional safety and long-term success. It is the first of three supermoons for the year and marks a powerful time for setting intentions and releasing pressure to perform, encouraging a focus on inner needs and self-compassion.

This Ritual is open to everyone. All genders and identities are welcome.
