Healing Summer Sound Bath
Dive into the deep resonance of healing with our Sound Bath event on July 19th at 6:45 pm. This immersive journey of sound provides the opportunity to experience profound relaxation, reduce stress, and achieve a state of deep meditation. Live or online, the experience is your choice.
During the event, both Shirin and Noush will be fully engaged in leading the sound bath, immersing you in waves of calming sound. Due to this, they won't be available to address technical issues during the session. We recommend that you test your internet connection and Zoom setup prior to the event to ensure a smooth experience.
We also want to share that the sound bath involves various sound instruments including gongs, singing bowls, and rattles, all adding to the unique aural experience. If you hear an unfamiliar sound, it's likely part of our intentional sound landscape.
