Both ginger and mustard increase circulation and warms you up which helps you eliminate toxins effectively. Relax the muscles in your feet and detoxify your system through your soles.
What you'll need:
1 and 1/2 tablespoons mustard powder
2 tablespoons grated peeled fresh ginger
Directions: Combine the 2 ingredients in a foot bath or basin (you can use the bathtub as well) with warm water (not hot) to cover the top of your feet. Stir and soak feet for 20 minutes.
